1. What you're buying

Every book sold on this site is a digital PDF file, written by the author and delivered by download link immediately after payment. No physical item is shipped, and no physical address is required at checkout.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because a digital PDF can be downloaded and copied instantly upon delivery, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason — including a change of mind, purchasing the wrong title, or already owning a copy.

You will be asked to confirm you understand and accept this policy with a checkbox before completing payment, and your acceptance is recorded against your order.

3. When we will step in

If a payment was deducted but you never received a working download link, or the file is genuinely corrupted or unreadable, contact us at the email below with your order/payment ID. We will investigate and re-issue a valid download link. This is a delivery fix, not a monetary refund, and is offered at our discretion.

4. Download limits

Each purchase's download link can be used a limited number of times so you can re-download if needed (for example, after losing the file). If you run out, contact support with your payment ID.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the book page.

7. Copyright & license

All books are the original work of the author. Purchasing a copy grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read it. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or re-upload the PDF file.
